Perishable Goods (Produce, Dairy, Meat, Fresh Items)
Due to food safety regulations, returns are not accepted for perishable goods. However, we guarantee product freshness. If an item is:
– Damaged
– Spoiled
– Not as described
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Submit a photo and brief description, and we will:
– Issue a full refund, or
– Offer a store credit, or
– Schedule a replacement delivery
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Perishable Goods (Packaged, Bottled, or Shelf-Stable Items)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
– The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
– You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete:
– Contact our support team within 24 hours
– We’ll arrange for delivery of the missing or correct item at no extra cost
